Government personnel are no strangers to the creation, exchange, and delivery of digital documents both across their organizations and to their stakeholders and constituents. Digital capabilities are becoming the norm, but the most mature government organizations have invested in advanced document technologies and processes like e-signatures and digital document creation. However, these alone no longer set the bar for advanced maturity. The new goalpost for success and digital document maturity is having fully digital end-to-end document processes and a willingness to continually evolve digital capabilities to meet the evolving needs of the stakeholder.
