Katherine Hill has 25 years of experience in the financial services sector, including work with banks, brokerages, and investment managers. Starting in the early days of Schwab Institutional, she grew custody and brokerage business with RIAs and asset managers in progressive marketing and business development roles, culminating in over $1 billion in assets.
She launched a consulting business from there, helping institutional investment managers grow business with asset allocators, including RIAs, consultants and pension funds. Highlights included growth of an institutional mutual fund from $20 million to $459 million in under two years and building the US financial services sector team for a global data provider.
A throughline in her career has been driving growth and reducing risk through better technology. In her current role at T-Mobile for Business, Katherine advises on key trends and challenges for the industry and how to solve them with app and SIM-based technology.
