Joe oversees all facets of Quavo’s business and is directly accountable to Quavo’s Board of Directors and investors. He brings over a decade of executive experience in technology and operations related to fraud and dispute management, regulatory requirements, and chargeback technology. Joe contributed his depth of knowledge to the development of QFD®, Quavo’s automated, cloud-based dispute management software. He also oversaw the establishment of DRE™, Quavo’s back-office dispute processing team. Joe’s expertise in fraud investigations also helped launch ARIA®, the world’s only AI capable of investigating fraud claims as a human would, but within seconds and while upholding regulatory compliance.
